Fees & Insurance

Consultation

I offer a free, 30 minute phone consultation to potential patients to get a sense of whether we might work well together.  ​

Individual Session

Intakes are 60 minutes and the fee is $180. 

All individual sessions after the initial intake are 50 minutes and the fee is $160 unless other arrangements are made.​

Couples Session

All couples sessions are 90 minutes and $240 unless other arrangements are made. 

Cancellations

Sessions can be canceled up to 48 hours in advance. Any session canceled with less than 48 hours will be charged the full session fee.

In Network

I am In Network (a preferred provider) with Premera, First Choice Health and LifeWise.

Out of Network

​I am an out-of-network provider for other insurances and your insurance may offer you partial reimbursement. I can provide you with a statement, invoice or superbill at your request.

​Limited sliding scale fees are available for therapy sessions. Fees are based on income, availability, 

and affordability.
